Abram Cerda is a filmmaker, video producer & digital content creator whose work spans documentary, narrative, & branded media. His personal film work centers strong & authentic LGBTQ+ and BIPOC characters, often living at the intersections of migration and/or addiction.
Abram holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Television, and Digital Media from the UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television (with a concentration on documentary production) and a Master's in Audiovisual Arts from the LUCA School of Arts in Brussels, Belgium.
His professional production experience includes creating branded audiovisual content across the US, Mexico and Europe, with an emphasis on adaptable, audience-focused storytelling across platforms. He has supported development teams at Paramount Pictures and Lionsgate Entertainment, worked in film distribution in the independent arthouse & documentary educational spheres, and programmed films for festivals like Outfest in Los Angeles and Aegean film festival in Greece.
He is a catdad to (2) siamese boys, an avid indoor plant collector, and an iced coffee fanatic (no matter the weather).
