Abram’s camera training began with an apprenticeship at the UCLA Newsroom in 2013. Since then, he has produced a wide range of visual content: including editorial work, performance pieces, documentary films, panel coverage, interviews, and social media content. This work has spanned the US, Mexico, and Europe.
He is experienced with a variety of camera systems, including Canon, Nikon, and Sony DSLRs, as well as the Blackmagic Cinema Camera series, Canon C100/C300 models, and Panasonic cameras.
Abram is also skilled in professional audio recording, with experience using lavalier and boom microphones across industry-standard equipment such as Zoom, Tascam, Sennheiser, RØDE, Shure, and more.
He is also skilled in lighting (3-point and cross-key), with LEDs, ARRIs, mole kits, & more.
In addition to his production work, he has served as a video editor for universities, film festivals, nonprofits, and digital platforms, working with multilingual content in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Ukrainian.
